Bug#2526: Upgrading netstd leaves me `host'-less

Package: netstd
Version: 2.01-1

I upgraded my netstd yesterday, and noticed today that I no longer had
a `host' command; as it turns out it's been hived off into a separate
package `dnsutils'.

Upgrading to the new netstd should cause dpkg to warn the user that
sie is losing `host' &c. and that installing `dnsutils' will fix this.
