Bug#2513: manpages package contains another packages man pages

If you installed the lastest dpkg you would understand what I am talking
about :) Manpages supplying those man pages causes those packages to not
install. You have to use the --force-overwrite switch to get them to install.
It's worse than a dependency problem cause it doesn't just stop during
configuration it stops while it's installing the files at the first conflict.

So while bug is not the write word manpages should remove those manpages
or dpkg should remove this new behaviour.

I'm in favour of manpages removing those manpages and the manpages maintainer
has already said he would.
