Bug#2509: xdm install writes over config files

Version: 3.1.2-7

Problem Description:
  The config files in /etc/X11/xdm were lost.
  When installing I was not offered to over-write them or not by dpkg.


Expected behavior:
  Wouldn't this be taken care off by marking all the files in
  /etc/X11/xdm as conffiles?


Procedure to reproduce:
  Modify Xresources and install the package.  The modification will be
  lost.
