new imapd package

Finally things feel straight to me. I have split off the impad package
from pine, and, from tests at this end, it looks like the proper entries
are being made in inetd.conf by update-inetd. I am a little dissapointed
that entries made by update-inetd don't fit the format standards of
inetd.conf. I realise that the line, as entered, is syntacticly correct,
it just looks klunky.

What I am looking for is someone who actually uses imapd to verify that
it does, in fact, work.

For the person who wishes to act as lab rat; you can find imapd-3.91-6 at:

ftp://dwarf.polaris.net/debian

let me know how things go...
