Oh, that's the problem. There's no terminfo for "emacs"... I guess either
emacs should install one or ncurses-term should provide one.

The ncurses-base, ncurses3.0, and ncurses-bin packages replace
ncurses-runtime. I think ncurses-base provides ncurses-runtime.
