Artistic license
I suggested to include the artistic license in the base package
a while ago but didn't get a lot of respons. The perl package for
example refers to this license but the license itself isn't
included in the perl package or a package where perl depends on.
A few other packages include the artistic license and include an
individual copy, this is a waste of diskspace and not very transparant.
What is against including this license in the base package (or another
package)?
