It is just an installer and requires the linux archive from Netscape.

It doesn't.  I compared the two and the X11R6 one seems more complete
so I just ignored the one that came in the Netscape archive.  So far,
everything seems to behave just fine.  Same for "nls".  Netscape just
needed to know where to find those things more than anything else.

I don't think the package has made it from Incoming into the x11 section
of development, but it should soon.  I'll upload a new one before too long
that fixes a few minor things like the location of the binary and the
extended description.
