Bug#2376: spellprogs man pages aren't consistent

Package: spellprogs
Version: 1.0-2

Man page for spell(1) could stand some additions (and consistency with
the man pages for fixwords and spellword):

Also, couldn't this be included with the ispell?  I mean the programs
are so small.  It seems to me strange to make a separate package.
Note: this isn't a bug just a suggestion added to the end of a bug
report :)
