I've re-uploaded both:

	quota (1.51-3):

	* re-enabled EXT2_DIRECT

	* changed some include directives to make it compile with linux
	  1.3.60+. IMO this should be corrected in the include files, though.

	* added rquota daemon

	* automatically create .changes file
