dpkg 1.0.17: bugfix in dselect on devel tree
This will make dselect (dpkg -R) work on the devel tree, by having
dpkg -R follow symlinks. If you're not using dselect on the devel
tree you don't need to upgrade.
Ian M.: please put this in the _stable_ tree too; it's a very minor
change from 1.0.16.
I'm going to post an announcement on debian-changes too, which will
have the whole changelog since 1.0.5 ...
dpkg (1.0.17); priority=LOW
* dpkg --recursive follows symlinks (useful for devel tree).
