binary & binary-i386

I've noticed that, while there is a symlink from "binary" to "binary-i386"
in the development directory, there is no link from "binary-i386" to
"binary" in the stable directory.  Could you create one?

I'd like to add an achitecture setting to dftp, but it will require
being able to access "binary-<arch>" from development as well as
stable.  Thanks!
