Bug#2282: Badly sorted report /var/log/wtmp.report

I have a script that posts the contents of /var/log/wtmp.report to a
local newsgroup after it is created by /etc/cron.monthly/acct.

As you can see below, the sorting has been confused by the long
numbers.
