Hi Richard,
thanks for reporting this bug. I've noticed it myself when compiling electric
fence. Since MAP_ANON and MAP_FILE are already defined in asm/mman.h which is
part of the kernel package, I guess these defines can be removed from
sys/mman.h.
If you have 1.2.13 includes handy, would you please check if this assumption
holds.
