Bug#2230: tcsh - aborts if unknown TERM at login

I know this already :) I don't have much access to a linux box to do this at
the moment though so I'm only fixing high priority bugs like the rxvt security
hole, when I get back home in about 2 weeks I'll be fixing all the outstanding
bugs with my packages and upgrading them.

Someone else recently mentioned ncurses dumping core if the terminal
type was not found.  Could this be what is causing my tcsh problems?

If so, simply rebuilding the package with the newer ncurses installed
should fix the problem.
