Can't upload xpm libs...

I just tried to upload the ELF xpm libraries (we had a major network
outage here just about the time I finished up, and I totally forgot
about them in all the fuss), and was told "Permission denied".

So, they'll be available at ftp://lot49.med.miami.edu/pub/mdorman for
the moment, until I can get the upload done.
