Bug#2163: xterm_color has no app-defaults file

That's a common confusion about X resource names.

xterm_color still listens to "class XTerm" resources. However, the
*instance* resources it listens to are xterm_color. If you renamed
the xterm binary to fred, it would then listen to fred resources; this
has nothing to do with the code, but should be clear from the X(3x)
man page, the section on Resources.

Now that there is a replace-file mechanism in the experimental dpkg,
I'll probably have the package use that instead, to avoid this problem
as well, so I guess I can leave the report open until I do that.
