Bug#2179: xdevel has wrong lib*.so symlinks

The xdevel package contains symlinks like this:

	lib*.so -> lib*.so.6

they should be like this:

	lib*.so -> lib*.so.6.0

There are some possible changes in the works on the linux-gcc list to
add better support for backwards compatibility in ELF shared
libraries.  If these changes are made, having the lib*.so symlink
point to the correct shared library will be extremely important.
