Bug#1881: Majordomo UID wrong?

I discussed this with Ian J. last night and there's a possibility it's
a bug (or at least an infelicity ;-) in dpkg.

Majordomo 1.93-2 will (a) get it right and (b) should fix any broken
installation of 1.93-1 that may be around.  I should get around to
uploading it this evening or tomorrow.
