Bug#740: xclock leaves `droppings' in its window
I wrote, regarding my problem with xclock leaving `droppings' in its
window,

I've discovered that a non-Debian, non-Linux xclock has the same
behaviour when displaying on my Debian XS3 version 3.1.2-1 server, so
I think it must be an X server problem.
My graphics card is a fairly old Orchid Fahrenheit 1280.
