Bug#1335: tin-1.22-4 and /tmp/.tin_log
This is corrected in tin-1.22-5. The actual correction is to not create
the file.
I may look at creating the file in a reasonable place (/var/log) in a
future release. Right now I don't have alot of time to work through
rotating it and so forth.
