Bug#1356: shutdown doesn't work after booting in X

Package: xbase
Version: 3.1.2-2

In the configuration of the X system there is an option to start the
Display Manager (xdm) at boot time. The problem is that when you boot
directly to X, shutdown doesn't work properly (and thus, neither do halt
and reboot).

What happens is that when switching to runlevel 0, 1 or 6 (for halt,
shutdown and reboot respectively) the xdm and xfs deamons are supposed
to be killed but aren't. The bug is probably that the names of the
symbolic links /etc/rcX.d/K1xdm and /etc/rcX.d/K1xfs (for X in 0,1,6)
are wrong. This is because the /etc/init.d/rc script only accepts names
with 2 digits.	After I renamed the links to contain 2 digits it worked.
