pixmaps

A few people have complained about the lack of pixmaps in the new xpm
package that used to be included in the old xpm package.

I included every pixmap that was included with xpm.  If there are some
missing, the previous maintainer (Helmut Geyer) added them.  If users
want them available again, someone should put together a package that
contains these extra pixmaps--including them in xpm isn't a good idea,
because they aren't really a part of that package.

Also, please make sure that every pixmap included in this new package
freely redistributable.
