Bug#1307: Netbase fails due to running daemons

Hi again :)

Ok, just tried to install the new netbase, and found that it gave an error
of "exit status 71" and left it unconfigured.  To fix the problem I had to
kill most of my network daemons manually (named, smail, inetd, rpc.portmap,
rpc.mountd, rpc.nfsd) - I killed them all becasue I wasnt sure which one it
was barfing on.  In any case, after I killed them, it installed fine.  Could
possibly be a problem here.
