Rebuild of gmp as ELF

As the new maintainer of the gmp package, I have rebuilt it as ELF. No 
other changes have been made to this package.

As with the other packages I maintain, I have not yet obtained the 
upstream source, so there is no .diff file.

The source and binary packages have been uploaded to Incoming.
