unarj-2.41a-1 uploaded.

[redirected to debian-devel by bruce]

Hi...

I was a little concerned about unarj being not completely GNU until I
emailed the author (Robert Jung - robjung@world.std.com) and asked him
if it were possible to distribute this freely (ie on cdrom etc). His reply
was:

----- snip -----
Hi,

It is perfectly okay to distribute the UNARJ source and/or archive on a
CDROM. In fact, I would be pleased if you did so.

Best regards,
Robert

The documentation actually says things along the line of "We're allowed to
distribute it as long as we keep the original source code with it" Which
of course debian does. I think it should go into the 1.0 tree and not the
non-free tree - this sounds right?
