small installation problems

Just before it rebooted from the RAM disk to the newly-installed system,
I saw the error message "/etc/mtab.tmp": no space left on device.
It's not fatal, but it's disconcerting to the new user, and could perhaps
cause some un-mounts to fail.

If I use the "shell" menu item, the hard disk bin directories are not
in the path.

The "ae" editor installs the wrong key file. I'd prefer the one that uses
F1-F10 for new users, please.

	Thanks

	Bruce
