Bug#1506: ghostscript does not honour -dX0

The gs manual page mentions two options
      -dXO=<value>[units]
              Specify the origin from the left side of the  page.
<..>

      -dXO=<value>[units]
              Specify the origin from the top of the page.  Legal
<..>

Ignoring the man page bug that one should be called -dY0, I tried this under
X11 (after having printed some pages)
	gs  -dX0=2in -- somefile.ps
I tried various dimensions and units. No setting had any effect whatsoever..
