Bug#1407: tgifR6 prompts about paper size when /etc/papersize exists

Package: tgifR6
Version: 2.16p8-0

If the postinst finds that /etc/papersize doesn't exist it may wish to
create it, but if the file already exists it should leave it alone.

 Setting up tgifR6 ...
Which paper format do you want to use by default ?
You may choose "A4" (21x29.7cm) or "Letter" (8.5x11in).
 [A4]:
Which grid system do you want to use by default ?
You may choose "Metric" or "English".
 [Metric]:
You have chosen the "A4" paper format and the "Metric" grid system.
 Writing /etc/X11/tgif/defaults...

At least it appears to do this only on the first pass at installing
tgif.

 Setting up tgifR6 ...
The tgif defaults file /etc/X11/tgifR6/defaults already exists.
 No action taken.

Also, the R6 should be removed from the package name (and a Conflicts
declared against the old name).

Ian.
