backup-0.1-alpha.1 released

I am writing a backup utility for Debian systems, which will take advantage
of the fact that most of the system is already backed up in the form of
debian package files. This will allow the user to store only his or her
personal and system configuration information. This should be especially
usefull for those people who have to back their systems up to floppy disks.

This release contains only a TODO file, which is installed in /usr/doc/backup.
Those who are interested, may review this and comment.

(Note that this release announcement went only to debian-devel. I expect
that this ``package'' should go into that experimental directory.)
