	* yp-clients-1.6: replaced by yp-clients-2.0

	* traceroute-1.17: replaced by traceroute-4.4BSD

	* traceroute: added a missing htons()

	* checkrusers: added checkrusers script

	* popclient: added a patch from D.J. Gregor <dgregor@coil.com>
		     which makes the popclient more secure. Look at the
		     manual page (option -P) for further information.

	* dip: Makefile: removed SYSOBJS from the OBJS list and changed
	       LD=ld to LD=gcc (it should now be possible to compile
	       dip with gcc-elf 2.7.0)

	* rlogind: added an ELF patch from J.H.M. Dassen

	* rshd: added an ELF patch from J.H.M. Dassen
