    `./debian.rules binary' appears not to put `ispell.el' packaged
with GNU ispell-3.1.18.tar.gz (and present in Debian
ispell-3.1.18-1.tar.gz) -- i.e., `ispell.el' version 2.35 -- into
ispell-3.1.18-1.deb.

     `ispell.el' version 2.30 does not work with Ispell 3.1.18.

     Bill
