   * Applied patch from Jeronimo Pellegrini <pellegrini@mpcnet.com.br>,
     which adds a -T option. This is needed for usage of x-terminal-emulator
     in (e.g.) Debian's menu system (Closes: #102059).
   * debian/rules: Removed some obsolete stuff.
