Description:
libmilter-dev - The Sendmail Mail Filter API (Milter).
sendmail - A powerful, efficient, and scalable Mail Transport Agent.
Closes: 115684
Changes:
sendmail (8.12.3-3) unstable; urgency=low
.
* Upstream patch for mulitple-milter body replacement
* Upstream patch for BusError if NAME env variable exists (some OSs)
* Detect/support debhelper V4
* Start deconf support
* Don't require logrotate if DH_VERSION==1 for Slink(2.1) builds
* Rework perl scripts to operate with '-w' on Slink through Sid
* More rules cleanup, use pristine DBS
* Drop /usr/lib/sm.bin/sendmail (no longer used), adjust links to it
* Link /usr/bin/mailq, /usr/sbin/{mailstats,purgestat,runq} to sm_helper.sh
and drop previous script forms of those commands
* Add control option to /etc/init.d/sendmail (via sm_helper.sh)
allows use of /usr/share/sendmail/smcontrol.pl
* Rename sm_helper.sh to sendmail
* Don't remove /var/log/mail directory upon package removal - as there
are entries in /etc/syslog.conf that reference the directory. This
as close to a fix as we're going to get for this.... closes: #115684
