security bug in the built-in DNS resolver.
* Turn off setresuid code again - on certain platforms (sparc) with
a 2.2 glibc and a 2.2 kernel it fails at runtime (?!) (closes: #137262)
* Fix PAM ttl bug (was fixed in 2.4.4, actually) (closes: #128692)
