* New upstream version, makes .devfsd be closed on exec, makes /lib/devfsd
be the default location for shared objects..

* Added a "-f" option to update-devfsd and documented "-n". Also made "-n"
use the new SIGUSR1 support in devfsd to avoid rescanning devices.
