* Non-maintainer upload, fixing after the last one.
* Remove inclusion of $INTLLIBS in $LIBS before AC_PROG_CXX and other
things run, there's no reason for it, at least I don't see it.
Also added a missing build-dependency on gettext. Closes: #134719.
Note that touching configure.in forced a rebuild of all the other
automake crap and required me to run 'aclocal -I .' to get it to work.
Now the .diff.gz file is almost as large as the .deb. Foo!
