* debian/rules: Create a tmp directory and assign $HOME to
that directory, since the autoconf rule for pygnome tries
to create $HOME/.gnome, which fails on autobuilders. This
should *really* really allow it to be built on the auto-
builders. Thanks, David Schleef.
