   * debian/copyright: updated upstream webpage and Debian maintainer
   * Makefile, debian/rules: renamed the name of the output of the linker
     from lsh to lsh.Debian because the upstream tarball contains lsh
   * sample.etc.autoexec: commented out the edit alias because /usr/bin/edit
     is in the mime-support package
   * debian/config, debian/templates: new files, use debconf to show
     messages about /etc/shells
   * debian/rules: added dh_installdebconf
   * debian/postinst, debian/postrm: no longer edit /etc/shells because
     it is a conffile of the passwd package
   * Makefile: added DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS "debug" and "nostrip" support
   * built.c: fixed lcd so that the user can cd to a different drive
   * debian/control: added note on the lsh Secure Shell v2 (SSH2)
     protocol implementation
