* New upstream release. Does not return -99999 for dates
anymore when some invalid (regarding GEDCOM standard)
dates are entered.
* docs dir is back from upstream (two new files about running
lifelines under Windows. I kept them anyway)
* --with-docs added to configure so that docs are built properly
* upstream changes in docs lead to changes in our handling of docs :
HTML docs are now in one huge file. docs/Makefile.in modified
for buildging PS and PDF docs also
