* debian/control: change priority to extra, to match override file.
* tty.c (tty_speed): if we actually have B115200 and B57600, don't
bother with SPD_HI and SPD_VHI. (Closes: #25087)
* command.c (is_a_num): avoid losing leading zeros by deciding things
(other than a single zero) with leading simply aren't
numbers. (Closes: #28378)
(do_wait): Mark "timeout" as volatile so the signal handler actually
works. Also fix negligible race condition. (Closes: #33741)
