* New upstream release.
+ implements Meta toggles for some Ctrl combinations which were
a bit difficult to use in some keyboards, like French or
Spanish (closes: #127374).
+ fixes some problems with autoindent (closes: #129192).
* debian/rules:
+ build nano with --enable-color.
+ install debian/nanorc as /etc/nanorc
+ gah, localedir is broken again, hardcode it in the configure call.
* debian/dirs: create /etc
* debian/nanorc: some Debian defaults: disables wrapping by default,
enables suspending and multibuffers (fixes #127634 for sid).
