* Remove conflicts for packages, that don't need to depend on a
specific Python version (bg5ps, imgsizer, lyx, moosic, pydf, pydict).
* Do not build the python-regrtest package anymore. It's available in the
source package and we don't package testsuites for other packages as well.
* Keep the test framework components test/regrtest.py and
test/test_support.py in the python package (closes: #118899).
