The source package is now setup so that someone in a freer locale could:
*) apt-get source sendmail
*) cd sendmail*
*) debian/rules enable-tls
*) debian/rules binary-arch or debuild, etc
*) debrelease --to nonus (or equivalent)
The sendmail-tls package replaces sendmail (and visa versa) - it does
*NOT* build either sendmail-doc or libmilter-dev.

Install (Ok, for the nonce, overwrite) the following:
ignore.d.paranoid/sendmail ignore.d.workstation/sendmail
ignore.d.server/sendmail violations.ignore.d/sendmail
This is done with the consent of the logcheck maintainer, who will, at
some point, remove these files from the logcheck package.

For now, just install sendmail with --force-overwrite... I'll summarily
close any bugs filed against sendmail due to this.
