Group.
* Suggest ifcico rather than ifcico-cm (closes: #59338, #63359, #72931).
* Use /etc/rcS.d rather than /etc/rc.boot (closes: #32439).
* Improve fidogateconfig (see bug #87003):
- Check that /etc/init.d/sendmail exists as well as /usr/sbin/sendmail
before trying to configure sendmail.
- Add a missing 'echo'.
- Change warnings about uninstalled packages to something that sounds
more informational.
- Fix some typos.
* Make everything in /etc a conffile.
* Update GPL pointer in copyright file.
* Include Section: and Priority: fields in the .deb.
