* Added Recommends on mail transport agent since it's used for cron reporting.
* Fixed gen_export_sets for Linux so it properly warns when using
Linux's /etc/exports
* Added a tag in tigerrc to disable reporting when nothing important
happens (Closes: #113588)
* Changed check_passwd so it now says how many times uids or usernames
appear repeated (Closes: #117117)
