* Recompile against new SDL and SMPEG packages. (Closes: Bug#115512)
* Update config.guess and config.sub.
* Add depcomp and update missing
* Change += to = in src/Makefile.am to make the new automake or GNU make
happy
* Update AC_CHECK_LIB calls in configure.in to ensure that we don't get
unresolved symbols when linking against SDL, and to make sure we don't
accidentally pull in SDL when checking other libraries
* Change Debian/GNU Linux to Debian GNU/Linux in copyright file
* Remove emacs variables in changelog
* It's unknown whether this package will work at all on systems which do
not allow static code to be linked into shared libraries; it is a .so
plugin for xmms, but xmms itself is not linked against SDL, and so the
Xv symbols go unresolved
