* Update the config.sub and config.guess so that Pharmacy can
be built on ia64 and hppa.
* Fix the Build-Depends so that we can use either libdb3-dev or
libdb2-dev. Due to libgnome-dev's dependency on libdb3-dev
in unstable we were presented with an impossible set of
dependencies previously. (closes: Bug#104704)
