* Specify lots of default paths (many of them the current directory) for
various types of files, including config files. Added
/var/cache/analog/dns/ which will be used for dns caches by default (if
you turn dns caching on). Fixed analog to look for language files in
/usr/lib/analog/lang/. Documented it all in README.Debian.

* /var/lib/analog should not be needed.
