* I am tired of the stupidities of C++, but I wrote this in C++
so I have to pay for it: Added 'using namespace std;' to
the beginning of every file that needed it, to allow building
with g++ 3.0. (Closes: #107317)
Someday, I'll rewrite this in Common LISP.
