* Added non-blocking hostname lookup. Xconvers creates a child when OK is
clicked in the connect dialog. This child is used for hostname resolving
and destoyed after it has done its job.
* Connect is made non-blocking.
* Added a progressbar which is activated during gethostbyname and connect.
* Fix another display bug.
* Save size and position of the main window when activated through the
preferences dialog.
* Correct Content-Type and Encoding strings in nl.po.
* Fix a small history bug.
* Add pixmaps to OK and Cancel buttons for private dialogs.
